PAIN, Tension & Relaxation Tools

Your ‘state’ is the totality of you at any given moment. Use the Managing Your State model to instantly change your STATE into on that is supportive for the task at hand.   

The Autogenics hypnosis recording teaches you to focus on the inner sensations in the body and change body sensations with your mind, to move you into a deep state of relaxation (reducing tension).
