About this Meditation and Mindfulness for Positivity Series

This 6 week series will focus on: 

  • Self awareness
  • Positive emotions and presence
  • Mindfulness and non-reactivity
  • Your authentic self
  • Self compassion
  • Positive relationships
  • creating a sustainable meditation practice to expand positivity and improved mental health

Each week I will post the replay recording and a recording of the evening’s meditation that you can access/download and continue to build your meditation practice through the week.   

A few things you need for the meditations:

A headset is a good thing to use so that you can easily hear my voice.

You will want to setup a comfortable space where you can sit  without distractions (sometimes our pets, as much as we love them, can be a big distraction so if you can, ensure they are out of the room).   

Bodies can get cold when sitting in stillness, so I suggest you have some blankets available for your comfort.  

You will be learning some tools and techniques so you may want to have a pen and paper handy.     It’s always good to have a glass of water ready for you too.
